This gorgeous new apartment is situated in a residential community in an absolutely prime location, directly opposite the sandy beach of La Marineta Denia and access to the yacht harbour of La Marina de Denia, which have many restaurants, bars, night clubs and cafe's is established. In the marina there is a lovely promenade to stroll and look at the boats and the sea to enjoy. The next sandy beach of La Marineta was awarded by the blue flag, a quality seal for clean water and beach facilities. The center of Denia can be reached by a short walk in about 10 minutes, a bus stop is right outside the apartment building.
The residence itself, has a large communal swimming pool with a long train for swimming and a children's shallow pool. In addition, the pool area offers a stunning view of the sea and the previously designated beach. An only for residents of the residential complex, usable door leads directly from the pool area to the beach. The housing complex is well maintained and built to a high standard.
